BRIEF HISTORY
Mindoro Construction and Development was established through it’s proprietor’s humble response to the opportunities for business of a tourist spot and with lots of potential place to develop like Puerto Galera, specifically Barangay Sabang. After almost two decades of business operation, MCD is to be considered as one of the well-established enterprise with builders’ and industrial supplies as its line of business in the entire Puerto Galera and nearby towns.
